Return Policy: Anthrazit Records is a non-profit collective. Regarding the physical goods, we act only as a fullfilling service. After your purchase, all ordered goods get produced especially for you (by external instances), which means very, very high costs.

Therefore, we can't give any refund and we can't accept returns after the goods are already produced for you. That applies to all cases, incl. losses during shipping.
